Loan Charge APPG Survey for People Facing the Loan Charge

The Loan Charge APPG invite those individuals, who are subject to HMRC’s Loan Charge for all or part of their liability, to answer questions concerning the affordability of the Loan Charge for their circumstances. This particular survey does not address issues relating to settlement or Accelerated Payment Notices (APNs).

For the avoidance of doubt, if you have not settled, or agreed settlement terms with HMRC prior to 30 September 2020, then you are subject to the Loan Charge.

Please answer all questions the best you can. The survey can only be filled out once.

All responses will remain anonymous for the survey report and contribute towards the LC APPG’s understanding of developments related to the Loan Charge.

The survey will close on Friday 23 April 2021 at 11:45pm.
